

Serving as the InForum’s President, Kathleen Geraghty has been in the electronics industry for nearly twenty years. In recent years Kathleen has contributed to InForum Quarterly Forum (previously TFI Quarterly Forurm) as Sr. Research Analyst for their supply chain studies. Previously she was a Director at Avnet EM for Supply Chain Services. In her current capacity Kathleen is leveraging her extensive experience with OEM's, Contract Manufacturers, Distributors, as well as Electronic Component Manufacturers to lead the Forum and research agenda, She also serves as Vice President of Operations for eKNOWtion and Director of their KNOWledge Academy. Kathleen is a graduate of University of Illinois, College of Commerce and Business. She has studied at the University of Chicago and has completed a Masters of Science in Technology Management at National University - Galway with a research dissertation in global knowledge management. Leveraging field research, Kathleen is a published author in industry and academic journals and a speaker on the intersection of supply chain and knowledge transfer. She also currently teaches Operations Management at DePaul University in Chicago.

Serving as a Director, Douglas Kent brings exceptional strategic direction to the InForum's Quarterly Forum. He draws from over twenty years of experience focused on the development, marketing and deployment of tailored supply chain solutions for companies across a wide variety of industry sectors with considerable experience in electronics. He also is also currently President of eKNOWtion. Previously, Douglas was a Principal Consultant of management consultants Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM) and formerly served as the Vice President for the Integrated Material Services division of Avnet Inc. Douglas is an MBA graduate from Pepperdine University's School of Management and studied at Harvard University during his post-graduate years. Douglas is also a frequent lecturer and author of many Supply Chain articles and speaking at Supply Chain related conferences globally in his capacity as the Chairman of the European Leadership Team of the Supply Chain Council. Douglas is a Certified SCOR® Trainer, Certified SCOR® Professional, and adjunct faculty at the International University of Monaco and France's ESC Lille - School of Management.
